PEPT - JUDGEMENT

Despite LP and PDP's insistence, it is becoming increasingly clear as the tribunal proceedings unfold that they do not possess a genuine case against President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. While anyone is entitled to challenge election results with valid concerns, it is crucial to back such claims with substantive evidence.

As engaged observers, we find ourselves closely following the tribunal proceedings, which offer an opportunity to assess the validity of the allegations against President Tinubu. It is through this meticulous examination of evidence that the truth is gradually being revealed, step by step.

Thus far, it appears that the evidence presented by LP and PDP fails to substantiate their claims adequately. The lack of compelling proof raises doubts about the veracity of their allegations. On the other hand, the evidence in favor of President Tinubu's election victory seems to be mounting, bolstering the credibility of his mandate.

As responsible participants in the democratic process, it is our duty to remain attentive to the unfolding developments in the tribunal. By doing so, we can continue to assess the strength of the arguments presented by both sides, contributing to a fair and objective assessment of the situation.

It is important to stress that until a genuine case emerges against President Tinubu, it would be premature to cast doubts on the legitimacy of his election victory. The tribunal serves as a platform to weigh the evidence and ultimately arrive at an informed decision. Therefore, by maintaining a vigilant approach and following the proceedings diligently, we are better positioned to ascertain the truth and ensure a just outcome.
